About Turisme Petit

Turisme Petit began in 2011 with a simple idea: to help other families discover Mallorca through walks, itineraries and places worth visiting.

Over the years, the project has become a trusted resource for people looking to explore the island through practical advice and a personal, respectful approach. Today, we continue sharing ideas for enjoying Mallorca as a family, with the same enthusiasm as on day one.

Our approach to travel

We believe in unhurried, responsible and rewarding travel, where enjoying the journey and sharing experiences matter more than visiting as many places as possible.

At Turisme Petit, you will find walks, beaches, historic sites, itineraries and carefully selected activities to help you discover Mallorca at your own pace, with respect for its natural surroundings, culture and heritage.

A project that has grown with our family

Over the years, we have explored dozens of paths, villages, beaches and natural spaces with our daughters, who have been at the heart of many of the experiences we share.

Although family walks in Mallorca remain at the heart of the project, we have gradually added cultural visits, travel guides, accommodation and other places of interest that we believe can be useful to residents and visitors alike.

From blog to book

In 2021, we published “Turismo Petit”, a guidebook from Editorial Òrbita featuring a selection of family walks and activities in Mallorca, based on the experience we had gathered over the years.

The response was extraordinary, and every copy sold out within a few months. It remains one of the most special milestones in the project’s history.

Over the years, we have also worked with public institutions, organisations and tourism businesses, always with a commitment to providing useful, accessible and carefully prepared information.

An independent project

Turisme Petit is a personal, independent project created to share useful information for exploring Mallorca as a family.

We do not aim to cover every place on the island. Instead, we select places that we believe can inspire new outings and help families plan their visits.

We keep walking, discovering new corners of the island and sharing them with the same enthusiasm we had in 2011.
