Turisme Petit is an independent editorial project dedicated to family travel and leisure. Since 2011, it has published experiences, photographs, walks, recommendations and guides about Mallorca and other destinations.
Turisme Petit’s content is provided for information purposes and is based on first-hand experiences and sources consulted. Although we try to keep it up to date, opening times, prices, promotions, admission conditions and services may change. Before planning a visit or making a booking, check the latest information with the establishment or organisation responsible.
This website includes links to third-party websites, which are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Turisme Petit does not manage bookings or payments made on those websites. Each provider is responsible for its services and customer support.
Turisme Petit displays advertisements through Google AdSense and includes affiliate links to Disneyland Paris through Tradedoubler. A booking or purchase attributed to these links may generate a commission for the project. The price and contractual terms are those stated by the provider when the transaction is made.
The Click Mallorca promotion offers a benefit to readers and does not generate a direct commission for Turisme Petit. The Bestard banner is displayed in appreciation of previous collaborations in which the brand provided footwear.
Advertising content, collaborations and affiliate links will be clearly identified where they appear.
Unless otherwise stated, Turisme Petit’s original text and photographs for which the owner holds the necessary rights are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence (CC BY-SA 4.0).
This licence allows you to share and adapt the material, including for commercial purposes, provided that you meet the following conditions:
The attribution must not suggest that Turisme Petit endorses the person reusing the content or their use of it.
This licence does not extend to trademarks, logos, advertisements or third-party materials whose rights are not held by the website owner. It also does not replace any permissions that may be required in relation to image rights, privacy or other rights.
The controller responsible for processing personal data is Bartolomé Fiol Obrador, known as Tomeu Fiol, whose identification details appear in the legal notice on this page.
For any questions about your privacy or the processing of your data, email turismepetit@gmail.com.
Turisme Petit does not have open comments, contact forms or email subscriptions. However, using the website and contacting us by email may involve processing the following data:
If you click an external or affiliate link, the destination website may process data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Responding to email enquiries. The data you provide will be used to reply to your message and follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to communications received. If you request information about a potential contract, processing may be based on taking pre-contractual steps at your request.
Maintaining website operation and security. Technical data is used to serve pages, detect errors and prevent abusive or fraudulent access. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining the service and protecting the website, limited to the data necessary for these purposes.
Analysing how content is used. Google Analytics 4 provides statistics about visits and interactions to help improve the website. The storage and use of analytics cookies are based on your consent, which you can grant, refuse or change through the privacy and cookie settings panel.
Managing advertising. Google AdSense enables advertisements to be displayed and managed. Advertising cookies and processing that require consent are subject to your choices in the panel, where you can consult the providers, purposes and legal bases declared by them.
You can withdraw your consent at any time through the privacy and cookie settings link in the website footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Turisme Petit uses third-party services necessary for the operation of the project:
These services may access the data necessary for their respective functions, in accordance with the terms and obligations applicable to each provider.
When you click a Tradedoubler affiliate link or visit an external website, the destination service may record the click and, where applicable, attribute a purchase or booking. That processing is governed by its own privacy policy.
You can find more information in Google’s privacy policy and Tradedoubler’s legal information.
Email enquiries. Messages will be retained for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on the enquiry. Where applicable, they may be retained for periods required by legal obligations or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Google Analytics 4 statistics. Retention is set to 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data. The option to reset the user identifier’s retention period with each new activity is enabled, so this period may be extended when a visitor interacts with the website again.
These settings do not affect standard aggregated Analytics reports, which may be retained for longer.
Cookies. Their duration is described in the cookie policy on this page. You can delete them through your browser and change your preferences through the privacy and cookie settings panel.
You may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to its processing and request data portability, where these rights apply.
To exercise your rights, email turismepetit@gmail.com, stating which right you wish to exercise and providing the information needed to locate your data. If there are reasonable doubts about your identity, we may request additional information to verify it; you do not need to routinely attach a copy of your identity document.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn. Cookie preferences can be changed through the privacy and cookie settings link in the website footer.
As a general rule, we will respond to your request within one month of receiving it. If an extension is necessary because of the complexity or number of requests, we will inform you within that first month.
If you believe your data is not being processed correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
Using services such as Gmail, Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense may involve certain data being processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.
Google states that it uses the legal mechanisms applicable to these transfers, including adequacy decisions and, where appropriate, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Google LLC states that it participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
You can consult these mechanisms and find out how to obtain information about their safeguards on Google’s page about legal frameworks for data transfers.
The advertising providers identified in the privacy and cookie settings panel may apply their own transfer mechanisms, as described in their respective privacy policies.
Cookies are small files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They enable certain functions, remember your preferences and, when you authorise it, provide statistics or enable advertising features.
This policy also covers similar technologies that store information on, or access information from, your device.
Turisme Petit uses Google’s consent management platform. The message allows you to accept, reject or configure the available options.
Continuing to browse, scrolling through the page or closing the message does not constitute acceptance of optional cookies. Rejecting them does not prevent you from reading the website’s content.
You can review and change your preferences at any time using the privacy and cookie settings link in the website footer.
You can also delete existing cookies through your browser. Changing or withdrawing consent does not necessarily mean that all previously stored cookies will be deleted automatically.

Tomeu Fiol is a photographer and the creator of Turisme Petit, an independent project founded in 2011 out of his passion for discovering and sharing places to enjoy as a family. Mallorca is at the heart of the project, although over the years he has also documented other family travel destinations. Many of the experiences he shares were enjoyed with his own family, making Turisme Petit a personal project with a first-hand perspective.
Turisme Petit began with a simple aim: to help families discover charming places and enjoy memorable experiences together. Today, it brings together more than a decade of recommendations, photographs and guides, created with the same spirit that inspired the project from the start.
Unless otherwise stated, the text and most photographs are original works published under a Creative Commons BY-SA 4.0 licence. If you reuse our content, please credit Turisme Petit and include a link to www.turismepetit.com.
